Blue Hole and Island Gully Falls

Inland from Ocho Rios the White River has cut a series of deep pools into the limestone. The water is the colour the name suggests. Guides walk groups up through them, and at each pool there is the option to jump, climb down, or use the rope swing.

This is more active than Dunn's River and much less crowded. You should be a confident swimmer and comfortable in deep water, and you will be climbing wet rock between pools.
